Never chaseĀ aroommate again.

Forward a bill and Mayo does the rest. It reads it, splits it, sends everyone a link with the exact amount, confirms each payment from the receipt, and follows up with whoever hasn't paid. It keeps the chores turning too. You never send a message.

Four roommates, one house, zero awkward messages.

Bills handled. Back to class, work, and life.

Everything a house argues about, handled quietly.

  • Bills, split fairly

Forward it. Mayo splits it, even by days lived.

  • Reminders that stop themselves

From Mayo, never you. Closed when the receipt lands.

  • Chores that rotate

Whose week it is, and a nudge the night before.

  • A house chat with Mayo in it

Ask her anything the house has told her.

  • Letters, drafted for you

To the landlord, from your figures. You send them.

  • Everything in one place

Wi-Fi, lease dates, calendar, your rent record.

How Mayo talks.

Warm first, then direct. Mayo names the amount and the one thing to do. It gets firmer over time, never sarcastic, and anything about one person's money goes to that person alone, never to the group. Most days there is nothing worth saying, and Mayo says nothing.

Questions.

An AI agent that runs your shared house. Forward a bill and Mayo reads it, splits it, sends each person a link with their exact amount, confirms payments from the receipts and follows up with whoever hasn't paid. It keeps the chore rotation and the house details too. One person sets up the house and invites everyone else, and nobody has to be the bad guy.

No. Mayo sends each person a link that opens Venmo, Cash App or PayPal with the amount already filled in. Zelle and Apple Cash have no link like that, so Mayo hands over the handle to send to instead. Either way you pay each other directly, and Mayo reads the receipt and marks the share paid, so nobody has to report it.

Send them their share. From the bill, Mayo makes a link for whoever still owes it: with Mayo installed it opens straight to what they owe and who it goes to. Without it, the link takes them to the app; once they've signed in, the same link opens their share. It lasts a month.

One person per house subscribes. Everyone else joins from the invite link at no cost.

Change it on the confirm screen. Custom amounts stay attached to that bill, and recurring bills remember them. When a bill covers weeks before someone moved in, Mayo splits it by the days each person lived there, and one tap splits it evenly instead.

Keep your chat if you like. Mayo sends reminders as notifications, and the app has a house chat of its own where you can add Mayo: say @Mayo and she answers from what the house has told her, and when someone says they'll do the bins Thursday she offers to put it on the list.

Neither gets lost. Money over a share is held for whoever sent it and comes off the next thing they owe that person, and if you are each holding the other's, one payment cancels both. A share paid in part asks for what is left, not the whole amount, everywhere it is shown.

She writes it, you send it. When a bill comes to far more than it usually does, or the tenancy is ending and you want the deposit back, Mayo drafts the email from the house's own figures and dates. It opens in your mail app under your name. Mayo never writes to anybody outside the house herself.

Bring it. Export from Splitwise and Mayo reads the file back to you before anything is written, so you say who is who first. Imported bills are history, not something Mayo watched happen, and she never claims to have seen one paid.

Only the people in your house. Mayo never shares house data, and you can delete your account and everything in it from settings.
