The usual questions.

More in the full FAQ.

Who pays?
One person per house subscribes. Everyone else joins from the invite link at no cost, with the full app.
What if I live on my own?
A house of one is $3.99 a month or $34.99 a year. You will never chase a roommate, so you are paying for the rest of it: rent and bills that get chased, a record of what you paid and when that a letting agent will take, letters to a landlord, and the house's own facts in one place. If somebody moves in, the house plan takes over at your next renewal and Mayo tells you before it does.
What if we move or someone leaves?
The house stays. People join from the invite link and leave from People, any time. If the subscriber leaves, the house keeps Mayo until the end of the period they paid for, then anyone in the house can pick the plan up from House plan in the app.
How do we cancel?
From your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, any time. The house keeps Mayo until the end of the period you paid for. After that the house and its history stay, and reminders and nudges pause until someone picks the plan up again.
